What do I need to use the Harvest Widget?

You need to have two things: 1) either a free trial Harvest account, or a paying Harvest account (Solo, Basic or Business Plans); 2) internet access.

If you already have a Harvest account, simply install the widget and configure it with your Harvest account information. If you don't have a Harvest account yet, sign up for a no-hassle Harvest trial and you'll be ready to go in a minute.

Does the widget work for Windows?

It sure does - you need to install the Yahoo! Widgets engine, and after installing, download the Harvest Widget for Yahoo! or simply download the Vista widget from above if you are using Windows Vista.

Quick Widget Tips

  • Click a task entry once to start or stop the timer for the task entry.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit the entry.
  • Click on the '+' button to create a new entry.
  • Click the Harvest logo to access your Harvest account via the browser.

Timepost - a project timer that automatically downloads projects and tasks from Harvest. Timepost allows you to post accurate hours directly to Harvest. Requires Mac OS X 10.4.
